So, I keep my rss feed reader Akgregator up to date with a few feeds, one of them is Planet Ubuntu.  They have been talking about top 10 linux commands, and I figure I should jump in on the bandwagon and share mine.

I found myself reading my book (Stephen Hawking’s Universe) in Moritz Tires today while I was waiting for my tire to get patched, while the lady across from me was reading some fashion/Hollywood gossip/tabloid type magazine.  Draw whatever conclusions you’d like, I know I did.

My Nokia N80 is alive again, the wall charger was bad.  A replacement is on it’s way (thanks, Ebay!).  Once I get the replacement charger ($3.80 including shipping), I’ll make the migration back over to the “brick” that it is.  My camera also was sent in to Kodak for either repairs or to get a refurb.  Thanks Dad!  Lastly, after removing my door panels and fixing the lock, I ordered a $1.24 part for my car to keep my lock mechanism on my drivers side door from falling into the door itself.  Finally.

Just finishing some last minute stuff before I move in to my room in Superior on Friday.  RA training starts Monday.

Well, I’ve made some changes to my OS.  I tried KDE4.1 from Gnome 2.22 and I love it.  Enough, right now anyway, to remove Gnome altogether.  Here’s what my slick looking desktop looks like.  If you care to ask how I did this, lemme know.

So Brittany stumbled on a link about limes and how healthy they are for you; you can eat them like an orange.  We got some limes and clementines from Wal-Mart.  Tell ‘ya what, limes are hard to peel.  Well, low-and-behold, they are extremely sour, (who would have guessed), and Brittany got some nice “lime face” shots of me.  We washed them down with clementines which ended up tasting like water after the brutal beating our tastebuds got from the limes.  The one lime wasn’t as green as the other and was extremely bitter; sugar didn’t even help much,  Also, don’t try Spaghettio’s after eating limes because it is one of the most terrible tasting things I have tasted.

On another unrelated note, today marks my last day of the summer working for OneProspect Technologies LLC.  It’s been fun (as usual), and I hope to be back.
